Hi Billy,
So, I take it that you have to turn browse mode on in order to read the
message? Once browse mode is on, press Insert-A to turn Autoload on.
This will do the job of loading your messages and reading them
automatically. Once you set this, press Control-backslash to open the
WE control panel, press Control-S to save your settings, and then press
Escape to return to Outlook Express.
