Hi all. I am sending this message to the list members hoping someone will be able to help me solve a problem with a setting in Outlook 2013 not being saved. Here are the steps I am following. while listening to Marc Solomon's webinar explaining how to use Outlook 2013 with Window-eyes.
I am trying to turn off messages being grouped and the steps I am following don't change the setting in Outlook 2013. I press the alt-v keys followed by the letter v. I press the tab key once to go to the button that says group by arrangement. I press ok on that button. I make sure that the automatic group by arrangement button is unchecked. I press shift tab to get to the ok button and press the spacebar or enter. I am taken back to the button you first land on when you press the letter v after pressing the alt-v combination. In other words, pressing the ok button after unchecking the automatic group by arrangement button doesn't land me in the inbox like in Marc's tutorial.
