Because, what if you want to change your search options, or say you want to search just a particular web site for material, etc. If you go into the google advanced search options, you can really narrow things down a lot further than you can by just enterring a search criteria, then being done with it.

I'm curious about why you would need to navigate around a google page before you have searched for anything. It seems to me you are either going to enter a search string or press control o to enter a URL. You don't have to press shift control a before pressing control o. OK, I haven't seen this anywhere except for Google with IE 11, on Windows 8.1, Window-Eyes 8.4, but I'm noticing that as soon as I open and navigate to google, my focus gets put in the search edit field, which is fine, but it's automatically making me have to turn browse mode back on with ctrl+shift+A. the only other way to navigate the google page is to tab once to the google search button, again to the I'm feeling lucky button, and then one more time to the first link on the page past that point. It's very awquared having it do this. Again, it's not doing it on any other page from what I can see. I'm just wonderring why it's doing this, and is there a way to turn that off, so that as soon as I open google's web site, I immediately, once loaded completely, can start just down arrowing through the content? It's kind of aggrevating otherwise. Chris. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
