Hi Vince,
Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try using Alt-Shift-M until you
hear Suspend Off. Then try the link again. If there is page refreshing
going on after this and you can't navigate where you want to go, then
use Alt-Shift-M to Suspend Flash.
