I should have included this in my previous note. Several weeks ago I listened to the GWMicro webinar on Itunes and then tried to download Itunes. I could download the program but when I tried to install it, the program wouldn't install. I be recently had a similar problem with NVDA and with Adobe Flash Player which I need to use to receive video from Public Television. Anyone have any ideas as to the issue. I'm using a Sony laptop, Windoweyes 8.4 and Windows 8. I'm assuming Windoweyes is not the problem.
