Hi Marcie,
Before you requested your money back, did you have the chance to try any other ways to find an accessible solution? Did you contact GW Micro? I assume your experience detailed below was with a Zinio representative. I probably will end up contacting the company which I purchased the magazine from either for a refund or perhaps switch to a paper version. Of course the paper version costs $10 more and I will have to scan the paper magazine. Frown. I have downloaded and installed it. I subscribed to an online magazine and was directed to use it for the downloads. I had to have sighted help to install it. I do not think it is accessible, but maybe someone has some information which will allow this to work for me. I had to first install a program named ADOBEAIRINSTALLER. I am using Windows 7 and Window-Eyes 8.4. Thanks in advance for any help.a major knitting company and asked if anything has changed and the reply was "no." The customer service rep said that she was going to contact someone in the IT area and that she would encourage them to do something for us in the future. I tried it on my computer with Window Eyes and then when I emailed them, I told them I use Voice Over on my IPhone and she said it was not accessible through IPhone's voice over reader. You might check and see if the company you are getting the magazine from has any pdf or text magazines which are back issues that you could access. Barbara It is not accessible and you should ask for your money back. I just emailed -- Marcie Brink-Chaney If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
