Hi Dave,

If you really need to calculate a column of figures which you can review and, say, tally the total, and you have MS Excel, then the easiest way is to put your figures in column one, that is, A1, A2, A3, etc., and put the calculation @sum(a1..a10) in A11. Window-Eyes speaks everything as you edit. In this scenario, just put the minus sign in front of the figures you want subtracted rather than added.
