Hi, After version 8.0 the default hotkey ws changed to control-windows-m. If you had upgraded from 8.0 it is possibl your hotkey is still insert-m. If you downloaded the window-eyes for office version or install a full 8.4 then the hotkey is windows-control-m. To find out the mute toggle hotkey to use on your system do the following. 1. Press control-backslash for the Window-eyes control panel.
2. Press alt-a for the apps menu. 3. Press up arrow to move to Windows Enhance and press enter. 4. arrow to help and press enter. 5. Press alt-k to move to the hotkey manager. 6. Press tab twice. Note: the help text still says insert-m for mute. This will be updated in the next version of the Windows Enhance app, this is why I included the steps above.
