Hi: Glad to hear you are getting there and making some greenies!
Keep up learning and experimenting with WindowEyes. Perhaps someone using
something else in screen readers will have some insights as well on the other
programming lists I am on.
But if WindowEyes will work that is my first choice.
Keep posting as you find things out since I'll be using that puppy sooner
rather than later myself, after my new computer comes and I learn to suffer,
er, navigate windows 8.1 - grin.

  Rick,

Our company switched to WebEx last summer. At first I found it really
inaccessible,, even as a participant trying to attend a meeting. I then
discovered the that reclassing the buttons on the popups at least allows me to
now get into the Webex to attend. If you are not familiar with Webex, when you
start a meeting, you get a popup that asks if you want WebEx to call you to
join the meeting by phone or if you will dial in. The buttons in that box did
not read for me using WE 8.4., but now they do.

I was just in WebEx yesterday trying to learn if I could successfully host a
meeting. Your information below will be really helpful. I was just
experimenting and did find that I could use the mouse pointer to read the
buttons across the top and the drop down menus to share a screen and so forth.
I would personally be way to stressed to host a professional meeting without a
lot of practice and memorizing how to find the most common items I would use.

So, while I cannot give you a full review of the below, I can say it's
looking more promising that I originally thought. I'd be happy to share any
new findings with you as I play with it a bit more. I have a presentation in 2
weeks that I'll need to use WebEx for.

  Hi Guys and Gals:
I am looking for some accessible Team Meeting software and looking at WebEx.

Below is the text I found on one of their WebPages:
Have you found the following to be pretty accurate and usable with WindowEyes
besides accessible?

  Accessibility
  Using Audio CAPTCHA
The CAPTCHA challenge-response test requires that you accurately enter the
text that
is presented into the text box so that you can access your account. WebEx
presents
you with this security measure when you fail to sign in with the correct user
credentials
six times or when you choose to reset your password by selecting the
  Forgot your password
link. As an alternative to entering what you see in the image, you can enter
the
  text that you hear.
  Note
Audio CAPTCHA is not supported if your system is configured for SSO or LDAP
authentication.
  Procedure
  Step 1
Navigate to the Hear an audio challenge link using the Tab or Shift+Tab keys
and
  select
Enter. The text will be read to you.
  Step 2
Enter the text that you hear into the text box and select Enter.
  Step 3
To hear the text again, navigate to the Replay link using Shift+Tab and
select Enter.
After entering the text correctly, you can proceed with signing in to WebEx.
