Hi, Marvin.
There are two ways to resolve this issue:
1. If all apps are up to date, they can go into the Window-Eyes control
panel, open the Apps menu, open the Window-Eyes Diagnostics menu, then
Microsoft Office, select the item titled, "Perform Office License
Service Modifications," and follow the prompts.
2. They can open up the services control panel (services.msc from the
Run dialog), select the Office Software Protection Platform service, and
in its properties, set its startup type to Automatic.
Step 1 is probably best for beginners, while step 2 might be quicker for
more advanced users. They both accomplish the same thing. Reboot once
either step is completed, and that should fix the problem.
If Window-Eyes continues to run as a demo, they will need to make sure
they are using either one of the synthesizers that come with the free
version, or an authorized synthesizer as outlined at

Thanks,
Aaron

Hello. A friend of mine is trying Window-Eyes for Office with Office
2013. This has worked fine for a while. However, today when he
starts WE it comes up as a demonstration copy. His wife was able to
bring Word up. Word says it has been activated. What is going on?
What needs to be done to fix this? Thanks for any information.
