the initial download window has cancel as the default
just press shift tab and hit enter
If you save automatically, then you  are done and control j
should show your download
If you are set to tell the download where to save, then if you don't have sound, just hit enter to save and press control j to get your download list.

Hitting the up or down arrow keys repeats Downloading WebPage.
Hitting the insert backslash key just read the original webpage with the download link. Alt Tabbing did not find the Download dialog. Using the mouse did not find it either. Is there some way to download the Windows Essentials anyone has used with WindowEyes?
I dont have any other screen reader on my new machine yet.
