I think you can still use alt-right-bracket for the next revision and
alt-left-bracket for the previous. But it becomes confusing very quickly
when you try to figure out exactly what was deleted and what was inserted,
as well as who did it. This is especially the case when several reviewers
are involved. Also, to get these hotkeys to work, you have to do something
in the document's review options to show the revisions. If you don't do
that, the document will appear as if all revisions had been accepted.
If people save comments into a document, you can find them using the
Insert-Tab dialogue. But in some circumstances, if you are just inspecting
a document and not editing, you can save the document as HTML and inspect
it with a web browser. Each comment will get a hyperlink, and activating
one of these links takes you to that comment.
