Hi, Manny. I have two computers running Window-eyes 8.4.0. On my Dell Xps
8500 desktop running Windows 8.1, and on my Dell Xps 501-c laptop running
Windows 7 64 bit home premium edition, I can't activate check disk. When I
type the letters chkdsk on either computer in the search box, I hear the
message access denied as you do not have sufficient administrator
privileges. The Microsoft disability hotline specialist was able to
remotely activate the chkdsk on my desktop. Anyway, how do I give
administrator rights to activate chkdsk on either computer? And, how do I
prevent that message from coming up again? Thank you.
