Could someone point me to the Wind-8.1 equivalent of the US International Keyboard? I find Region, and within that Language Preference in the Ctrl. panel; however, the languages listed are mostly non-Roman-alphabet ones.
Being the only user of this machine, I'd like to equip it to write proper Spanish with French and Portuguese being nice bonuses. Cannot find a compromise setting such as US Int'l seems or seemed to be. BTW, if I ever do set it up, will W.E. mirror the letters in key describer mode?
