Hi William,

 

Audacity can be used to accomplish this task and I have found the program to
be screen reader friendly.  Most tasks in Audacity can be performed using
keyboard commands and you can also use the Mouse to interact with the
program's user interface if necessary.  Here is a link if you want to read

Hello everyone 
I'm trying to splice a few mp3 files together to make one recording. 
I'm trying to find an easy to use program that is accessible or maybe there 
is a trick in windows 8?
