Hi,
control-insert-f4 is not a keystroke that can kill Window-eyes when it is in an unresponsive state.

control-insert-f4 is a global keystroke that allows you to shut Window-eyes down from anywhere. You would use control-insert-f4 instead of pressing control-backslash, then alt-f4.

Everyone keeps saying that control-insert-F4 kills WE so you can restart
it. No matter what the situation when speech quits, control-insert-F4
has never shutdown WE. Using WE 8.4 and Windows7.

Thanks for any help!
