Hi Kathy: Are you using Windows Live Mail? If that is the case, I have that problem as well. I usually can rectify it by pressing the Alt key, which puts focus on the ribbon, then pressing Enter on one of the nodes, then pressing Escape to bring focus back to your message. Or you can press control-o to bring up the Open File dialog and then cancelling out of that dialog by pressing escape. One way or another, Window-eyes should refocus on the message. Kevin Huber
