Problem appears to have been solved: unloaded ie enhanced app.
Still happy to take suggestions if people think they will be helpful.

Greetings.
Hoping that suggestions will come regarding the above problem.
Since last weekend, possibly following a windows update in the 8.1
cycle, Internet Explorer v11 has behaved as if it has broken.
I cannot access the menu bar via alt. Browse mode with Window-Eyes
v8.4 seems to be blocked. For example: the Internet Explorer dialogue
to open a new site via ctrl-O will not function. Browse mode
navigation commands do not work although the browse mode toggle hot
key does give status announcements.
The Windows update included an install of teamviewer, and this seemd
the obvious thing to remove. No joy.
I may just run a complete reinstall of Window-Eyes, but I don't think
that Window-Eyes is the problem.

All suggestions appreciated.
