Criss, the only PC-device that I can see is using a .rtf based apple app and save the documents to DropBox or OneDrive. P.S Since a play can bee seen as structured into Headings:Hamlet and the Sub headings are Acts,the sub sub headings are scenes and the sub sub sub headings are Character speeches and even below that you can have a child page with stage directions, you can write the complete play in the Guide. Then you send the flash drive with the app and $2000. to your favorite transcriber and you're done!
