Hello, I am having a similar type of issue. It was all working fine until I upgraded the Outlook enhance app. When I go to open an e-mail Window eyes tells me Outlook enhance message viewer was not properly enabled, please contact support for assistance. When I re-enable the message viewer it gives me the same message. How can I fix this? Soo Keea
