Greetings -
Because IE 10 does not work with my bank, airline, church, and some other
websites, I have had to install Firefox. I am having mixed results using
Firefox with WE 8.4 on both my desktop (Lenovo 3.0 GHz 32-bit 4GB-RAM
Windows 7) and my netbook (Samsung N145 1.6GHz 4GB-RAM Windows 7) computers.

1) On the Lenovo desktop, when I launch Firefox I cannot ALT-tab to any
other applications I may have running on my computer prior to launching FF.
Sometimes I cannot navigate to different pages on a website (e.g. different
account pages on my online banking site).
2) On my Samsung netbook, FF is agonizingly slow. When I attempted to sign
in on my banking page, the website did not recognize my computer as having
logged on before. after entering my username I clicked the button to logon.
The next page asking me to answer one of my security questions continued to
report "Downloading page.
" I could read the page with the ALT-w command, but I could not access the
edit box to type in the answer. I tried another website and ran into the
same "Downloading page" report with the page remaining inaccessible. After
several minutes wait, this page finally loaded. I went back to my bank page
and attempted to wait out the "Downloading page" message, but never was able
to enter the security question response.

Any suggestions anyone experienced with FF can pass along to this new user
will be very much appreciated. I still prefer IE 10 and hope websites will
accommodate the updated browser soon. Firefox is OK, but I seem to have a
learning curve still on the up-slope in front of me.

Thanks in advance for your help.
