Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let people having issues with the current build of
Thunderbird, 24.5, know that I have successfully downgraded to version
24.2, and I'm quite happy with the familiar performance I have come to
expect from Thunderbird. My two major issues with the newest build
were, first, continually receiving messages which I had deleted, and,
second, the inability to return to the message list while reading my
received messages; in the case of the latter problem, neither pressing
Control-W nor Escape would do anything except advance to the next
