Hi Donald,
Note that for each app entry in the App menu, once you choose the Help
from the specific app pull-down, you will be in a dialog box where, if
you repeatedly press tab, you'll land on a read-only edit box where the
app developer will usually supply important app info you needd in order
to use the app, including, ideally, hot key info.
