June 25, 2014 and 25 June, 2014. I use Eloquence Reid, and We spoke the formatting exactly as written. I switched to Eloquence Justin (What's with that flanged sound) and Justin spoke the formatting exactly as written. I don't think Window-Eyes can change the date format. It only speaks what it sees. I'm using Win 7 and typed date and time format in the Windows search box. The result was the region and language property page. From that page, I don't doubt that I could globally change the way my date and time are displayed.
