Hello Everyone
Approximately ten days ago I lost all speech after attempting to
upgrade to version WE 8.4.
Error 5001 is the message I received. After this even nvda would not
speak. I was told to re-install by copying my installation disk to
the hard drive and after removing any files in the runtime folder
beginning vcr. This has resulted in nvda stopping again.
A volunteer from the RNIB has visited again to remove Window-eyes
from the system for a second time. Now I am back to a machine which
just has nvda.
Does anyone know what is going on?
