Hi Jed:
What is happening is that Firefox somehow went into Fullscreen Mode,
which means that the menubar was not showing up, so, as the other
lister who responded to you said, press f11 to get you out of
Fullscreen Mode, then the menubar will reappear and Firefox will work
normally again.
