I got an email from Rod, and it pointed to an article that told how to deactivate and activate Window-Eyes authorizations. It mentions to not use the code if you still have some time on the current license code. I've done this with two or three days left on my Window-Eyes license with no problem. This time I had 7 days left, and I suspect it was too much. I deactivated and reactivated Window-Eyes with no change. Oh well. I'll call AI Squared Indiana Monday and see what they tell me. Grumble Grumble. Thanks to Rod for this information. If it's any consolation, this will be the last time I need to use the lease to own code, because next month it will be paid in full.
