Hi,
Press alt-f for the file button T for options then A twice for add-ins.
Tab 4 times. Down arrow to disabled items. Tab to the go button and press
space.
Arrow to Outlook enhance and press space. Press shift-tab to the enable button
and press space.
Tab to the close button, then tab to the ok button.
Now that you are back in your inbox, repeat the usual steps, IE alt-f, t, a, a,
alt-g. Find outlook enhance and check it. Hit ok and you should be fine.

Subject: Outlook 2013 and Window Eyes

Hi all,

I am using Window Eyes and have the outlook enhanced script. Lately I get
messages in Outlook and when I go to read them only one line appears. I have
to hit alt-0 and edit the message to fix this. I have gone in to Outlook with
alt-f and then t and arrowed down until I got to addins and outlook enhanced is
allways unchecked. Is there a way to fix this?
Walt
