Hi Chad and list members: I have not had any experience with Siriousxm, but I have a hunch that if you were to call them on the phone, rather than just email them, they might just listen to your problem and they might even do something about it. They may just be ignoring your emails and if you talk to someone face to face, then they can't really ignore you. I found this to be true some months ago when I had a problem with Google Groups. It took some patience, but I finally got through to someone and, although nothing was done right away to make the website more accessible, I check a couple of weeks later and the buttons that I had complained about were fixed. Also, if there is a page on their website where you can post comments or questions, you might try posting your problem there. When I had the Google Groups problem, I went to the page on their site where I could post a problem, and see what others had posted, and, loe and behold, several others had the same problem as I had and had posted their complaints there. That also may have had something to do with the fact that they fixed the problems within a couple of weeks. Kevin Huber
