Hello Matthew,
I am trying to search for songs online on Spotify for desktop and play them.
However, although I used to be able to play them, I can't at all now, just
search. Even the mouse pointer doesn't say anything. There are no tooltips
at all. All it says is either search or the term I put in.

With some difficulty. *smile*
Joking aside, could you please be a tad more specific as to the
particular task or tasks you are refering to?
In general, you have to make good use of your mouse pointer keys on
the numeric keypad. for example, lef-clicking folder names to expand
them, songs to play them; aright-clicking said objects to display
context menus.
Feedback is very poor, often song titles are missing in part when you
run the mouse pointer over them, and you end up on an entirely
different track title, and so on.
So, it is far from a pleasure navigating, muddling more like, one's
way around the Spotify window , but I have managed to make it work for me.
if i could be of further assistance, just say the word.
Sincerely, Matthew
