The Microsoft web site is a pig, because it uses captcha. So - if you have had an account, but seldomeuse it and forget your password, stupid captcha defeats every honest attempt by a blind person. This is something which the new AI Squared has to advocate to Microsoft to fix, as it destroys the notion of free Window-eyes with Office. I am sure that others have done what you are asking, but I just could not resist the opportunity of reminding AI Squared that there is a lot of work to do to improve access - something which I am sure they know already.
