Hello, the IT department installed WindowEyes on one of our lab computers with Office 2013. I was sure to specify that it be downloaded from the WindowEyes for Office site, and it was. However, the program still comes up as a demonstration. Could it not be detecting the presence of Office 2013? We're using Windows7, so it wouldn't be the web version that doesn't apply when certain Windows8 users install. Is there something else we should check?
