Hi Cindy, You can check the hot key for the mute by expanding the Windows Enhanced app menu option, and choosing Help. Then, tab to the Hot keys button and press it. You can see there which key is assigned to the mute function.

Today, it does not work. Using: Win 7 Pro WE 8.4.0 (noted as the latest) I am trying to use WE more but I have a program that is a bit difficult with WE and I use it to write html code (I write the actual code but the program acts more like a dashboard that lets me set up websites as projects, set up various server with their ftp settings and a convenient code library and the ability to save my own code as snippets and reuse them). While I am learning how to get around with WE, I have to stop using WE for a bit and just use vision to get some work done before going back to learning how to make WE do the things I need it to do in this program.
