Hello group, I am running Windows XP and W/E 8.4. I need a free or shareware vox recorder program. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please don't tell me I need to upgrade my operating system to Windows 7 or 8. I can't afford it. Thanks in advance for your help. Tony.
