When you activated the product you purchased a years use of the product so
you probably have to pay for another year.

Anyone,

I have been using social eyes since the came out.  Now, for some reason, it
wants me to activate the product.  When I try, it errors out without any
description of the problem.

I know this has happened to other folks and I never really looked at the
solution.  Any help would be welcome.
