Yes, I use MS Word all the time. Merely open a new Word document.
Alt-M for Mailings
L for labels.
There is a list where you can select the label type.
Then select "New Document" to open a second document that is strictly oriented to label content input. Then you can arrow around and hear the row & column of the label you are on for inputting text. The only tricky part is that, for instance with a 2-column label, you will hear row 1 column 1, row 1 column 2, and row 1 column 3. What's happenning is the narrow strip that separates the 2 columns is also noted. So, just know to not enter text into column 2, say for a 2-column label format. Or, coluymns 2 and 4 for a 3-column format, etc.

Colleagues:

I recall that this topic was discussed some time back, so I do apologize for revisiting it. I am looking for a combo of hardware (PC connected printer) and software which will allow me to easily print mailing labels.

I anticipate that they will be printed one-at-a-time, rather than batch printing. Nor will I need to manage the printing from extensive address lists.

If anyone has specific knowledge and experience to share, please get back with me outside the list at [email protected]

Cordially,

Brad Hodges
