Hi Les,

 

I'm thinking your mouse boundary rotor,
Control-Shift-B by default, could be set to a
limited area, say, to user window or even active
window.  Try pressing this key until you hear full
screen or active window might be enough.  Then,
route the mouse pointer to the current focus using
Insert-NumpadPlus by default, and then try
navigating again.

hi everyone, on my laptop, i'm able to use the
number pad to move the mouse up and down the full
range. but on my desktop it only moves up and down
like 2 or 3 lines and doesnt highlight the same
options as it does on my laptop when i'm in the
same program? any suggestions? thanks
