Hello, Sounds like you have insert key layout enabled. Press alt-control-0 to toggle it. It will say insert key layout disabled. I am referring to the 0 on the number row above the QWERTY keyboard, not the numpad-0. Hope this helps, Chris From: goshawk on horseback [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, July 27, 2014 10:10 PM To: [email protected] Subject: window-eyes mouse not working properly. hello all, I recently had one of my machines upgraded to windows 7 ultimate 64bit, and the first thing that went on it was window-eyes, as the place that did the upgrade also installed it for me, so that I would have it on there strait off. unfortunately however, the mouse keys on the number pad do not seem to be working properly. I get none of the navigation, such as "top left" for 7, "top right" for 9, etc. and it doesn't read anything. if I -use the top right number pad key, the one that switches between "we cursor" and "mouse pointer" then the mouse keys start working reasonably well, reading stuff, although I still don't get the "top left", "top right", etc. but the main cursor keys then start acting like the mouse keys as well, and the only way I can get them to work as they should seems to be to shut down and then restart window-eyes. has anyone else had this issue, and more to the point, found a way of sorting it out?
