Just encase anyone is interested, I've managed to
solve the Outlook 
issue. The Outlook Enhanced app had become
disabled for some reason, so 
I needed to select disabled addins, and then
reenable it from the 
subsequent dialogue. After that, the addin was
automatically selected 
and it works correctly.
