I'm guessing you're using internet explorer for this? If so, give
Firefox a shot. If that's not working either, there's a deeper issue and
you should probably find a way to scan for spyware or malware, because
the simptoms you describe could sure point to that sort of thing.
At least that's how I see it, others may have other ideas I'm not
thinking of. Or hell, I might be wrong but from what I can tell, it
might be IE that's just broken.
