Dear Mike,
the best we can really hope for is that Microsoft will be aware of the
need to make Skype as accessible as possible. This involves a kind of
persauasion which does not, in my view, happen often enought. There are
hoards of blind people out there; they represent a significant share of
the market for Microsoft products. Somehow, we have to persuade tham
that we are worth their trouble.
In addition, GWMicro will - I am sure - make every effort to come up
with excellent scripts to make Skype as accessible as possible.
I share your frustration, but I do not think that the world ended on Monday.
Best regards,
Robert

Hello fellow window-eyes users:
Well, they finally did it. I just tried to log into gw connect earlier
this afternoon, and I got a message telling me more or less, that the
connection had failed. Yes, our beloved gw connect is actually gone!
The least Microsoft could’ve done, was apologize to both GW Micro and
their customers, (namely us), for the inconvenience. But then again,
what can you expect from corporate bigwigs. Hopefully, GW Micro will
someday be able to come up with something similar or better for us to use.
