Hi Christo, When you begin a call, a new window opens with the options available for that contact, and, if you Shift-tab twice, you'll find a button called DialPad. Press it, and you'll be able to use numbers to enter the tones you need. The easiest way is to use your Numpad, and, of course, you must turn NumLock On to be able to do so. With NumLock On, you can press the asterisk on the NumPad which is two keys right of the NumLock, in order to enter the star required by voice mail menus. As for the number key (also known as the pound key), you have to use the normal number key on the alphanumeric section of your keyboard (Shift-3); alternatively, if you turn punctuation on, you can tab around the Skype DialPad and find the numbers, the star, and the number sign, and use the spacebar or Enter to press these. Incidentally, I have found that the easiest way to focus your list of contacts in the main Skype window is to use Alt-V to open the View menu, and press Enter on the first option, name ly, Contacts.

With GW Connect it was very simple to enter tones during a call, such as access codes or menu options. Is there a way to do this with Skype using Window-Eyes? I would imagine there would be a way, but is it accessible and how does one do it? Kind regards Christo If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
