Hi all I followed the link to knowledge base item 2056 as directed for people who have not attended the webinars before. I then downloaded the plugin as instructed. When I activated the download and it asked me if I wanted to save or run I could not find the links to tell it I wanted to save but I did get a message to say that it had downloaded. Does anyone know of a way that I can test if it has worked please.

Free Online Training - Using Skype for Windows Desktop with Window-Eyes Greetings, The following event has been posted to the GW Micro Upcoming Events <http://www.gwmicro.com/events> page: Name: Free Online Training - Using Skype for Windows Desktop with Window-Eyes When: Thursday, August 14, 2014 Where: Online What: Online Training Who: Marc Solomon and Stephen Clower Comments: Skype is a popular, free, and cross platform solution that enables people to communicate by voice, video and text over the Internet. In 2004, the Skype application programming interfaces (APIs) were released and allowed software developers to create unique products that provided access to many of Skype’s services such as voice calls, instant chat, file transfers and more. GWConnect was one such product that many in the accessibility community embraced for its simple, elegant and keyboard friendly user interface. On August 4, 2014, support for the SkypeKit API was terminated and caused all applications that used this API to stop functioning including GWConnect. Since GWConnect is no longer a viable option, the Ai Squared team thought it would be helpful to provide a free training on how to use the Skype for Windows desktop client with Window-Eyes. This online training will cover a number of useful topics including how to download, install, sign in, configure and use Skype to complete the most essential tasks. This webinar will also serve as a public forum to receive your feedback concerning the areas in Skype you find difficult to use with Window-Eyes as this feedback will help us identify and prioritize future development tasks. Whether you are a seasoned veteran, or a beginner to Window-Eyes, our hope is that Ai Squared’s online training webinars will enhance your Window-Eyes skill set and provide you with the helpful information you need to be more productive and successful on your computer. This month's training webinar will take place on Thursday, August 14th, 2014 at 2 P.M. Eastern Time (19:00 UTC or 18:00 UTC during DST) and will last approximately one hour in length. There will be a corresponding keyboard shortcut reference, study guide worksheet and answer key made available prior to the webinar that participants can download from GW Micro's webinar training archive located at: http://www.gwmicro.com/webinars. To access the webinar, go to http://www.gwmicro.com/meeting. Your username will be your first and last name. The password field should be left blank. You do not have to register for the training. Please arrive early as there is a limited amount of participants for each webinar, and access to the meeting room is based on a first-come, first-served basis! Please review Knowledge Base Article 2056 found here: http://www.gwmicro.com/kb2056 to learn more about participating in an Ai Squared Indiana Webinar with Talking Communities. If you need help accessing the meeting room, please call Talking Communities support at (262) 456-5911. The webinar will be recorded and made available for download from the webinar training archive.
