Hi Shannon: I had a similar problem a few weeks ago when my Google Drive page spoke German every time I went into it. The advice that I was given was to delete all the cookies for that website, and it worked. I don't know which browser you are using so I cannot tell you how to delete cookies, but whether you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer, it should be in Options in the Tools submenu. Kevin Huber
