There's nothing you can do about getting rid of that notification. It will
come up each time for your identities. That will eventually go away.

At the Skype webinar, I got the impression that once the W-E app was
granted access, the applications alert window would go away. But I had
to click on that FAQs link, or that window would come up again next time
I opened Skype. Having clicked that link, and immediately closed
Internet Explorer, it hasn't come up again, although it happens for each
of my Skype identities.
