Hi, That is how skype enhance reads things like chat messages status changes etc.
Just close the below error message with alt-f4. This is Microsoft telling you that the Skype API will eventually go away. Note: it was supposed to stop working in December of 2012. It would have caused products such as wireless headsets and call recorders from working so Microsoft is letting it stick around. If you had other Skype applications that access the Skype API such as call recorders or headsets installed you'll see the same messages from time to time dealing with those products.
