Duyahn,

To find out whether track mouse with focus is enabled, open the WE control 
panel with Control-Backslash and verify that "Show Advanced Options" is checked 
from within the Help menu. Then, navigate to Mouse -> Other in the settings 
tree, and Tab until you reach the "track mouse with focus" radio button group. 
If it was on, turn it off and let us know if the issues continue. Otherwise, 
does the problem continue if you disable all apps? (Apps -> App Management -> 
App Status -> Off).
