answer to both, should be yes. I am using Casper here, and just updated
to latest version, still accessible with the screen reader. Have had to
replace my hard disk a couple of times through the last few years, and
simply just backed up with Casper, to the new drive, and plugged it in
and turned on the computer. Right up running, just where you left off
the old drive. Far as I know, this is not always the case with most
backup programs. Casper even has wizzards that walk you through the
steps, so should be possible to use even with less technical background.
