You need to load the Adobe Reader’s accessibility wizard from the edit menu from accessibility submenu and then press enter on the Setup Assistant option. You are looking for page four and you need to change the first option to Read the entire document at once by arrowing down. It will not be set on this option. Please let me know if this helps.
