you don't have to reboot.  reload window eyes. this is the get apps w e app
to download apps from the w e server. and windows key g activates it.
you could disable it in the app manager. i would not uninstall it. its very
handy to view all the apps availible without haveing to go to the gwmicro
app central web site.

Have had this happen on a desk top from time to time.  And rebooting or
closing down and reopening the program usually helps

Tap each windows key a couple times and the issue goes away.

I am using the laptop to write this question, because when I try to type
something on the tower computer, say an email, and I type g in a word, it
suddenly doesn't want to come out in the word, but instead, it turns on
appget.  What is this and what can I do about it?  I have rebooted the
computer and it doesn't take care of the problem.  Pam.
